Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 8, 2026
This notice is organized as a data ledger: what enters the Services, why it is used, where it may go, and which choices may be available. It applies when you browse resorn.com, shop with Resorn, contact support, open an account, or subscribe to communications. Shopify provides the commerce platform and processes information necessary to operate it.
Ledger entry A — information you provide
- Identity and delivery: name, email, telephone number, billing address, and shipping address.
- Order activity: products viewed or purchased, discounts, payment status, fulfilment, returns, refunds, and limited payment-related information received from processors. We do not receive the complete payment-card number.
- Account and preference data: credentials, saved choices, communication selections, and account activity.
- Messages and evidence: support emails, forms, reviews, surveys, and photographs of parcels, furniture, mirrors, glass, labels, or components that you choose to send.
Ledger entry B — information created by interaction
We and our service providers may automatically receive IP address, browser and device information, identifiers, cookie data, pages viewed, search terms, referring pages, timestamps, approximate location inferred from technical details, and interaction, security, or fraud signals. The information varies with your device, location, settings, and features used.
Ledger entry C — sources
Information may come directly from you; automatically from a browser or device; from Shopify; from payment, fraud-prevention, fulfilment, delivery, customer-service, advertising, or analytics providers; and from other partners when permitted by law.
Ledger entry D — operating purposes
We use information to display and improve the Services; support checkout and accounts; process payment, orders, split shipments, returns, and refunds; answer product or assembly questions; communicate about transactions; remember preferences; personalize content; send marketing where allowed; measure store performance; detect fraud and protect security; maintain tax and business records; comply with legal obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend claims.
Ledger entry E — recipients
Information may be disclosed to Shopify; payment processors; warehouses, fulfilment providers, logistics services, and carriers; hosting, analytics, marketing, advertising, customer-service, security, and fraud-prevention vendors; professional advisers; public authorities responding to valid legal process; and participants in a financing, restructuring, merger, or sale. We may also disclose information at your direction or with consent.
Ledger entry F — Shopify
Shopify hosts and supports this store and may process information about store interactions in several countries. Its own terms and notices also apply to its processing. Review the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy for more detail.
Ledger entry G — cookies and related technologies
Cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar tools can operate checkout and account functions, remember selections, measure use, prevent fraud, and support advertising. Consent interfaces and browser or device controls may let you manage some tools. Blocking them can reduce functionality.
Ledger entry H — advertising choices
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising or analytics disclosures may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some laws. Where required, use available store privacy controls or contact us to exercise an opt-out choice.
Ledger entry I — retention
Retention depends on the category and purpose. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for Services, orders, support, tax and business records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal duties, and backup or recovery, then delete or de-identify it when appropriate.
Ledger entry J — safeguards
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No electronic transmission or storage system is perfectly secure. Do not send account passwords, complete card details, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information through standard email.
Ledger entry K — individual rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, knowledge, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; opt out of qualifying sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; or appeal a decision. Exceptions can apply, and we may verify identity and an authorized agent’s authority. We do not unlawfully discriminate because you exercise a privacy right.
Use the unsubscribe link to stop promotional email. Transactional, account, safety, security, legal, and service communications may continue.
Ledger entry L — international processing
Shopify and other providers may process information outside your country. Recognized transfer safeguards are used when required, and rights may differ by jurisdiction.
Ledger entry M — children and external links
The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s information contrary to applicable law. A parent or guardian may contact us about a concern. Links or integrations may lead to third-party services we do not control; review their notices before providing information.
Ledger entry N — revisions and privacy contact
We may update this notice when practices, technology, or legal requirements change. The current text and date will be posted here, with other notice when required. Send privacy questions or rights requests to support@resorn.com and identify the relevant country or region.
