These Terms apply when you browse resorn.com, contact Resorn, create an account, or submit an order. Shopify supplies the commerce technology; your purchase agreement is with the store operator identified in the legal information supplied by Resorn.

Eligibility and accurate information

You must be legally capable of entering a purchase where you live. Account, payment, billing, delivery, and contact details must be accurate and current. Keep credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorized activity.

Products and orders

Review dimensions, variants, materials, color, electrical or plug details, included parts, assembly requirements, care guidance, and warnings before buying. Checkout submits an offer to purchase; an automated confirmation only acknowledges receipt. We may reasonably limit, decline, or cancel an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or stock error, delivery restriction, or offer misuse. Any applicable paid amount is returned to the original payment method.

Prices and payment

The amount and currency shown at final checkout apply. Shipping, taxes, duties, discounts, and other charges are shown when the relevant systems can calculate them. You confirm you are authorized to use the submitted payment method.

No subscriptions or automatic renewals

All products sold on resorn.com are one-time purchases. Resorn does not offer subscription products or automatic renewal billing.

Shipping, returns, and privacy

The Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy are incorporated into these Terms.

Safe product use

Follow instructions and safety notices. Use anchoring and tip-restraint hardware, observe load limits, keep electrical components dry, and use plugs, outlets, lighting, and charging ports only within stated ratings. Heavy items may require more than one person. Stop if a structural panel, mirror, glass element, wire, plug, or hardware set is damaged or incomplete.

Prohibited conduct and intellectual property

You may not violate law, commit fraud, defeat security, disrupt operation, transmit harmful code, abuse automation, impersonate others, or infringe rights. Store design, text, photography, graphics, and brand elements are owned by or licensed to Resorn and may not be commercially exploited without permission unless law permits.

Third-party services and availability

Payment providers, carriers, applications, and linked sites may have separate terms and privacy practices. Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes a warranty, remedy, liability, or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and mandatory rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law in your place of residence provides otherwise. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear a dispute. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
